About SULVS

Southern University Laboratory Virtual School (SULVS) is Louisiana’s full-time, tuition-free online laboratory school. As a proud extension of the historic Southern University System, we combine innovation with tradition to deliver high-quality, personalized learning to K–12 students across the state. SULVS blends innovation, flexibility, and academic rigor to deliver a high-quality online education grounded in the values of connection, equity, innovation, and excellence. We offer a dynamic, student-focused learning experience designed to help every learner thrive.

Our program gives families the flexibility of an online school in Louisiana with the proven excellence of a laboratory school model. Students benefit from:
